REGISTRATION CONDITIONS

- The conference participation fee is considered as a whole and cannot be divided up by day.

- The registration is effective as of the receipt of the "Registration form of EURODYMAT 2000 Conference" duly completed, signed and accompanied by the corresponding payment in US dollars.

CONDITION D’INSCRIPTION

- Le prix de participation au Congres est forfaitaire et ne peut être fractionné par journée

- L’inscription ne prendra effet qu’à la réception du bulletin «Inscription au Congrès EURODYMAT 2000» dûment rempli signé et accompagné du versement correspondant en dollars US.

CANCELLATIONS

- If the conference is cancelled by the organizers, registered delegates will be given as much notice as possible.

Our liability will be limited to the refund of the registration fee in full without deductions.

- If registration is cancelled by a delegate, refunds will be made as follows:

- before Monday 31^th July 2000, full refunds will be made on request received in writing

- before Friday 25^th August 2000, refunds less 25% will be made on request received in writing

- after Friday 25^th August 2000 no refunds can be made

- A registered delegate who cannot attend the conference may be replaced at any time up to Friday 15^th September 2000

- Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

ANNULATION

- Si le congrès est annulé par les organisateurs, les inscrits en seront avertis le plus tôt possible et seront remboursés de la totalité des sommes qu’ils auront versées sans pouvoir prétendre à un quelconque dédommagement supplémentaire.

- Si l’inscription est annulée par le participant, le remboursement sera effectué aux conditions suivantes :

annulation reçue par écrit avant le lundi 31 Juillet 2000, remboursement total.

annulation reçue par écrit avant le vendredi 25 Août 2000, remboursement moins 25%.

aucun remboursement après le vendredi 25 Août 2000

- Les inscrits qui ne pourraient participer au Congrès peuvent être remplacés jusqu’au vendredi 15 Septembre 2000.

- Les demandes d’annulation doivent être formulées par écrit.
